Global Returns & Claims Policy
1. Our Commitment to Quality
Yiwu Fahua International Trade Co Ltd serves as a global bridge for a wide variety of product categories. We stand behind the quality of the goods we source and export. Because international shipping involves significant costs and customs complexities, our refund policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the seller through fair, evidence-based claims.
2. Claim Eligibility
We accept claims for any product category we trade if the items fall under these categories:
Non-Conformity: The product does not match the sample, technical data sheet, or description provided.
Defective Goods: The product is functionally flawed or unusable.
Incomplete Orders: Missing items or "short-shipped" quantities.
Shipping Errors: Receiving a product different from what was ordered.
3. Claim Submission Window
Different products require different inspection times. Please follow these deadlines:
Perishable/General Goods: Report within [3–5] business days of delivery.
Hard Goods/Machinery: Report within [14] business days of delivery.
Hidden Defects: For manufacturing issues not visible at delivery, claims must be filed within [30] days of receipt.
4. Required Documentation
To process a refund or replacement for any product, we require:
Digital Evidence: High-resolution photos or videos of the product and the original packaging.
Batch/Serial Numbers: To trace the item back to the specific production run.
Logistics Paperwork: A copy of the signed Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) with any damage notations made at the time of delivery.
5. Resolution Methods
Depending on the product type and the nature of the issue, we provide:
Balance Credit: The most common solution; the value of the faulty goods is deducted from your next invoice.
Replacement: New items are sent out at our expense (usually consolidated with your next shipment).
Direct Refund: A wire transfer back to the original payment account for the value of the goods.
6. Important Exclusions
Custom/OEM Orders: Products manufactured with your specific branding or custom specifications are non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Logistics Charges: Unless we shipped under DDP terms, we do not refund original ocean/air freight, insurance, or local destination port charges.
Market Fluctuations: We do not accept returns based on a change in market price or "change of mind" after the goods have been cleared for export.
7. Return Logistics
If a physical return is required:
Small Items: We may provide a return shipping label or local warehouse address.
Bulk/Heavy Goods: We may authorize a local liquidation or "salvage sale" where the proceeds are deducted from the claim amount to save you the cost of return shipping.
